lyrics
Fatal attraction, lay it on the line
It's satisfaction running through your mind
You want what you can't have, a chase that never ends
Slave to my desires that set your heart on fire
I remember the time that we met
Couldn't get you out of my mind
It's easy loving with you by my side
So take my hand, I'll show you the way
I have something to say
Ohhhh
You can call it madness
Ohhhh
There’s no time to wait
Another day
We've got to find a different way
Ohhhh
Pull me now away from all this endless pain
We'll never fall apart
You're gonna steal my heart away
Alone at night
Never-ending rain
Ten thousand miles, far away from you
You got me wild, you don't have a clue
This heart of mine will belong to you
I remember the time that we met
Couldn't get you out of my mind
It's easy loving with you by my side
So take my hand, i'll show you the way
Oh you drive me insane
Ohhhh
You can call it madness
Ohhhh
There’s no time to wait
Another day
We've got to find a different way
Ohhhh
Pull me now away from all this endless pain
We'll never fall apart
You're gonna steal my heart away
Steal my heart away, yeah yeah
Ohhhh
You can call it madness
Ohhhh
There’s no time to wait
Another day
We've got to find a different way
Ohhhh
Pull me now away from all this endless pain
We'll never fall apart
You're gonna steal my heart away
Steal my heart away
You're gonna steal my heart away
Oh no
Oh no Oh no
Ohhhh

So I can't leave a long enough review to say everything I want. But I will say this, I love this EP. It's a great little follow up to times, and has just enough of a dynamic shift in sound to prove that Smoulder isn't a one trick pony with their first album's formula. This one really plays up the 70s prog aspects (DUST and Manilla Road influences definitely shine through even harder here). It's still Smoulder, don't get me wrong. Just a different side in some ways, all of which are good. playfulpooka

If Elric had a soundtrack it would be this. It's everything you want from a epic metal album. Like a hot poker in the eye, but in a good way. Scott Malthouse
